JOB POSTINGService and Support AdministratorSummary:&nbsp; Under the general supervision of the Director of Service and Support Administration and the direct supervision of the Service and Support Administration Managers, this position is responsible for the development of a person-centered plan for individuals that promotes self-determination.&nbsp;Assists individuals and their families/guardians to explore and obtain services and supports from variety of sources.&nbsp;Assures that services delivered are in compliance with Federal, State, local rules, regulations, statutes, standards as well as Board policy, regulations and procedures and related Operating Plans.&nbsp; Must strive to meet the Agency mission. and exemplify the Agency's core values. &nbsp;Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;include the following. Other duties may be assigned.&nbsp;<ul><li>Coordinates the ongoing Individual Service Plan (ISP) process, to include thorough assessment of individuals served, coordination of ISP team meetings, development of a comprehensive ISP, ongoing reviews to ensure services and supports are provided in accordance with the ISP, verifies the ISP is designed to ensure health, safety and welfare, reflect current level of needs and services as based upon the results of the assessment process and expressed preference of individuals served.&nbsp; Ensures achievement of outcomes that are important to the individual and outcomes that are important for the individual are included in the ISP.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;As the team leader, addresses the balance of and any conflicts between what is important to the individual and what is important for the individual.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>For assigned cases, coordinates ISP meetings in keeping with the philosophy of self-determination, plans services to meet assessed needs through one single unified ISP.&nbsp; Develops an ISP that supports the concepts and principles of self-determination in accordance with standards as defined through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities rules and MCBDD policies and procedures.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; These self-determination principles and concepts will include individual’s choice of service providers, development of individuals budgets/personal resources, and individual control of services to the extent feasible for each person served.&nbsp;</li><li>Completes the writing of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) within the guidelines established by the SSA department so that the ISP is distributed to the team prior to service delivery date.&nbsp; communicates service dates, corrections, suspensions, disenrollment to Waiver Administration, coordinating changes, ISP revision/reviews, and preventative measures when applicable.&nbsp;</li><li>Will comply with all local, State, Federal rules regulations, statutes, and standards, including DODD and CMS interpretation of said rules.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides support and solicits active participation by the individual and significant others of their choice in the planning process.&nbsp;</li><li>Recommends as a team leader on each assigned individual’s ISP team, or a Medina County DD Board representative for an ICF (as assigned), so that a unified community plan of service can be developed.&nbsp;</li><li>Acts as primary point of coordination for person and between team members for the ISP. Attends meetings, hearings, etc. at sites located throughout the county and state. Assists individuals/families to exercise their rights (due process, access to financial rights and benefits, etc.).&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Provides feedback regarding the results of the ongoing service review process to individual/family and other appropriate parties. Assists the individual and their family with negotiating services, solving problems, addressing barriers, and making adjustments to the ISP as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Promote the involvement of agencies/individuals to arrange services that significantly impact the life of the individual while eliminating duplication.&nbsp; Assist the individual in obtaining appropriate agency or community-based services.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain records and reports in a timely and accurate manner, consistent with accreditation and regulatory standards or contracted agreement.&nbsp;</li><li>Complies with guidelines established by DODD and the Medina Board of Developmental Disabilities regarding reporting of alleged abuse and/or neglect and other incidents as outlined in OAC 5123:1-17-02: Major Unusual Incidents.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain contact with the person served and all ISP team members in addition to maintaining effective working relationships with staff of other agencies and facilities, families, and the public.&nbsp;</li><li>May arrange for transportation for individuals or may provide transportation as a last resort.</li><li>Provides consultation to staff on specific cases.&nbsp;</li><li>In accordance with DODD requirements, will be responsible for documenting daily and submitting monthly Medicaid Waiver billing documentation in accordance with the Targeted Case Management and / or Medicaid Administrative Claiming Guide. Attends all required Targeted Case Management documentation and/or Medicaid Administrative Claiming training; identifies any training needs, and requests training and support to ensure complete and accurate documentation.</li></ul>Qualifications:&nbsp;Bachelor's degree (B. GCS partners with corporate clients to help them manage travel expenses and make purchases through proprietary payment solutions and expense management tools.The Vice President, US Acquisition is responsible for leading a team of prospect-focused sales professionals with an objective of winning corporate payments business from global, Fortune 1000 companies who run similar programs with competitive banks.These programs involve T&amp;E card solutions for employee travel and payment tools that support supplier payments.Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Acquire and onboard new customers into American Express’ Global &amp; Large business unit</li><li>Drive American Express product adoption within newly acquired customers to deliver expected value for the customer and the enterprise</li><li>Meet and exceed revenue targets</li><li>Assume lead sales role for largest, most valued prospects.Lead “deal team” of partners from across the enterprise to deliver the best client experience, ensuring agility and effectiveness in our approach</li><li>Hire, train and support team of Directors of Business Development.Apply situational leadership to effectively performance manage members of the team</li><li>Build winning strategies to deliver on annual growth plan through the acquisition of new customers</li><li>Lead cross-functional and collaborative teams to drive B2B innovation and strengthen B2B value proposition through partnership with finance, risk, merchant services, product, technology, and others</li><li>Lead strategic selling in alignment with compliance and internal partner business requirements</li><li>Partner with sales leaders across various sales and account management segments to implement multi-market payment solutions</li><li>Develop and execute a client specific growth strategy, adapting plans and priorities to address resource/operational requirements</li><li>Engage at a personal level with all levels of the prospect organization to build the best team and drive performance</li><li>Make decisions and resolve issues based upon policies, procedures and business plan</li><li>Partner with peers and senior leaders across GCS to drive engagement, retention, and long-term profitability. Building a culture of ownership and integrity across the organization</li><li>Support the development of talent and career progression</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Deep knowledge and experience selling in the corporate payments industry, including global T/E and supplier payments solutions</li><li>Extensive experience selling Enterprise level solutions into Fortune 500 companies with long, complex decision-making processes</li><li>Effective in collaborating with other business units to accomplish outcomes that are in the company’s best interest</li><li>Familiarity with card payments complexities in global engagements that involve different needs across multiple regions and countries</li><li>Networked in the payments industry across multiple industry groups including travel and procurement</li><li>10+ Years of people leadership experience in a sales environment, with a proven track record of driving results and team engagement</li><li>Advanced analytical skills to bring concepts to life through data</li><li>Proven track record in Fintech and/or B2B sales negotiations, leadership and closing skills with Fortune 500 companies</li><li>Hunter mentality, with deep knowledge of competitive landscape</li><li>Thorough knowledge of successful consultative selling techniques within Procurement, Treasury and Finance related to supplier payments</li><li>Strong financial acumen</li><li>Consistently focuses on talent development, using a highly collaborative approach to develop team into industry experts</li><li>Leverages lead sources to identify opportunities and proactively schedule warm account review appointments with prospects</li><li>Provides individualized skills-improvement assistance, aiding in self-discovery and encouraging self-generated solutions</li><li>Critical thinking skills applied to navigate strategic situations effectively</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication skills.
