JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYThis role manages customer support to residents by providing assistance with service requests, accounting and rental issues, and coordinating other miscellaneous resident related functions to achieve community goals surrounding resident retention.JOB DESCRIPTION•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Achieves the community’s resident satisfaction and retention goals by ensuring resident complains and/or concerns are resolved in a timely manner, and by answering questions concerning rent and fee payments. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Completes call-backs on all service requests within 24 hours to ensure resident satisfaction. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Develops, produces and coordinates resident communications, by creating newsletters, surveys, lease violation letters, and other communications to residents.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Organizes and coordinates resident functions, including parties, birthday cards, welcome gifts, unit visits, and other events as directed.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Evaluates the appearance and overall curb appeal, landscape, office environment and vacancies on a daily basis and ensures the leasing office, tour path and model(s) are ready for show daily.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Reviews the Courtesy Patrol Officer nightly reports and follows up on incident reports and lease violations as necessary.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Reviews the Valet Living nightly reports and follows up on incident reports and lease violations as necessary.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Checks the Front Desk phone and email throughout the day for messages, and returns calls and emails as necessary. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Prepares Community Access keys/fobs/etc. for move-in. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;When necessary, assists with coordinating vendors and resident communication during emergency maintenance situations.#LI-SV1The hourly range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00Additional Compensation:<ul><li>Corporate Positions:&nbsp;In&nbsp;addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate&nbsp;in&nbsp;an annual bonus program based on&nbsp;individual and company performance.</li><li>Onsite Property Positions:&nbsp;In&nbsp;addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate&nbsp;in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.</li></ul>Robust Benefits Offered*:<ul><li>Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability &amp; Life&nbsp;insurance benefits.
