In partnership with the Walton Family Foundation, Civic has created the Facilities Investment Fund (FIF) and invested over $262M to finance facilities for high-performing charter schools and networks, impacting over 15,000 students and their surrounding communities. About the Position: Civic Builders is currently seeking an Asset Manager, Portfolio and Lending to support our growing portfolio of charter school facilities &amp; loans. Reporting to the VP of Portfolio Management, the Asset Manager will manage a portfolio of charter school loans.&nbsp; The position requires strong financial acumen, project management skills and plays a critical role in monitoring the financial health of our school borrowers, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining strong relationships with the schools and key stakeholders.&nbsp; Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the position include charter school financial reporting; loan covenant compliance; onboarding new schools into the portfolio and maintaining ongoing relationships; reviewing and processing construction draw requests and monitoring project and budget to completion; reviewing loan agreements; collecting, reviewing and analyzing school data including financial statements, budgets, enrollment, impact metrics, insurance coverage, academic performance and growth measures.
