General Function:&nbsp;
Supports the Academic Dean in providing leadership and administrative coordination for academic programs within assigned disciplines across all campuses. Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree earned from a regionally accredited institution; Two (2) years academic administrative experience; One (1) year of experience full time post-secondary teaching or equivalent. Major Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Assist the Academic Dean with the oversight and coordination of academic programs in assigned disciplines, including curriculum review and revision, course scheduling, and program evaluation.</li>
<li>Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve student performance and program outcomes across all campuses.</li>
<li>Collaborate with faculty to ensure academic programs meet state, regional, and institutional standards, including SACSCOC and programmatic accreditation requirements.</li>
<li>Participate in the development of annual plans and long-range strategies aligned with the institution’s strategic plan and Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) initiatives.</li>
<li>Aid in the identification and integration of emerging instructional technologies and pedagogical innovations.</li>
<li>Support faculty recruitment, credentialing, onboarding, professional development, and performance evaluation processes.</li>
<li>Coordinate activities related to program development, program learning outcomes, programmatic assessment, data collection, and reporting for institutional effectiveness and compliance.</li>
<li>Serve as a resource for faculty and students by interpreting and enforcing academic policies and procedures; assist with student complaints and grade appeals.</li>
<li>Represent the academic division on internal committees and at external meetings, as assigned.</li>

The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Murfreesboro is accepting applications for a full – time faculty position in the HVAC Evening Program. This faculty position is responsible to the Vice President of Instruction and Accreditation for the development, implementation, evaluation, modification, and operation of the HVAC/R program.
Job Duties
The position is responsible for providing individualized theory and hands-on instruction to adults and high school students to prepare them for employment in the field.&nbsp;The faculty member must monitor, grade, and evaluate individual student progress; maintain student records in the college’s student records management software; maintain appropriate documentation; submit timely reports; and assist in recruitment of new students and placement of graduates. The faculty member must work with HVAC/R Day program instructor to coordinate both day and evening programs to ensure curriculum continuity between both sections. Each Faculty member must also maintain good public relations with business and industry, maintain an active advisory committee and cooperate with outside agencies. This position will also supervise and follow-up on students participating in cooperative education.
Minimum Qualifications

Job Description Position Purpose: This position provides specialized transportation and disposal services to our clients. Responsibilities include manifesting, packaging, spill response, labeling, loading/unloading, coordinating transportation, and sampling/profiling material while adhering to state and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations. Primary Duties/responsibilities: <ul><li>Sample waste streams according to prescribed policies and procedures.</li><li>Manifesting, packaging, spill clean-up response and remedial activities, labeling, loading, off loading, and coordinating transportation.</li><li>Maintain a professional image to clients by answering inquiries and suggesting solutions to existing/potential problems.</li><li>Comply and enforce all compliance, health, safety, and procedures in accordance with VES-TS policies.</li><li>Become familiar with all U. S. Department of Transportation (DOT)/Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and VES-TS regulations required in submitting paper work to expedite disposal of hazardous waste.</li><li>Operate and maintain all equipment in a professional manner to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> Qualifications Education / Experience / Background: <ul><li>High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related science discipline preferred</li></ul> Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: <ul><li>Strong team player</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple deadlines</li><li>Strong customer service orientation</li><li>Computer proficiency</li><li>Ability to follow through on assignments.</li></ul> Required Certification / Licenses / Training: <ul><li>40-hour HAZWOPER Certification</li><li>Valid Driver's License</li><li>Ability to obtain a Class A or B Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with Hazardous (H) endorsement</li></ul> Additional Information Benefits: Veolia's comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off policies, as well as health, dental, vision, life insurance, savings accounts, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteering and more.
