Plant Sales Representative - Plant 5

ResponsibilitiesThis off-shift&nbsp;CASTING TECHNICIAN&nbsp;position will be located in our plant 5, Ti-Cast&nbsp;Operation.&nbsp; Primary responsibilities will include:<ul> <li>Operate vacuum melting equipment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain accurate and detailed logs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work to detailed and controlled work instructions.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Executes minor maintenance.&nbsp;</li> <li>Repairs and replaces furnace components.&nbsp;</li> <li>Checks and maintains furnace fluid levels.&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepares and sets up furnace for following shift.</li> <li>Performs housekeeping activities to keep machines and work area clean.&nbsp;</li> <li>Sweeps and mops work area.&nbsp;</li> <li>Scrapes and cleans mold and melt chambers of furnaces.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Complies with all EHS rules required for the work environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Performs other work-related duties, as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul>QualificationsBasic Qualifications:<ul> <li>High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.</li> <li>Minimum of two years of work experience, or six months manufacturing experience.</li> <li>Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.&nbsp; Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.&nbsp; Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul> <li>Experience in a manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Previous casting experience a plus</li></ul>About us﻿Howmet Aerospace Inc.
