<h3>Job Description:</h3>The RoleAs a Director of Technology for Fund Administration serving Venture Capital firms, you will lead a team of engineers in integrating and enhancing our existing fund accounting systems to create a new service offering. This role focuses on connecting with third-party accounting tools, custodian systems, and client-specific technologies to create seamless operational workflows.You'll work closely with our Fund Administration product and operations team to understand the specific requirements of fund management, including limited partner reporting, capital calls, distributions, and regulatory compliance. Your primary responsibility will be architecting and implementing integration solutions that connect our core systems with existing accounting software used by VC firms, ensuring data flows seamlessly between platforms while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.The role requires both hands-on technical work and team leadership. You'll guide a small team of engineers in developing APIs, data connectors, and workflow automation tools that integrate with existing internal and external systems.
