This leader will shape strategies that optimize performance across a $100B+ deposit base while balancing customer value, competitive dynamics, and financial outcomes.How You Will Make an Impact<ul><li>Drive strategic analysis of customer behaviors, balance flows, and macroeconomic trends; deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership.</li><li>Lead the weekly Deposit Pricing Forum, guiding portfolio strategy and integrating competitive and external perspectives.</li><li>Partner with Finance and Treasury to quantify the financial impact of pricing decisions and enhance forecasting and valuation models.</li><li>Develop and present pricing proposals for High-Yield Savings, CDs, and Checking products; coordinate cross-functional execution with operational excellence.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Management to design innovative pricing constructs that align with broader Membership strategy and portfolio objectives.</li><li>Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and empowered culture.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success managing product P&amp;L and driving portfolio performance.</li><li>Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and at senior levels.</li><li>Experience with analytical and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).</li><li>Demonstrated leadership in developing talent and building high-performing, inclusive teams.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li></ul>Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
