Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Generate data-driven insights into the US credit and debit bureau reporting processes, helping to identify and size potential gaps.</li><li>Leverage external data analytical sandboxes for competitor bureau-reporting analytics and benchmarking.</li><li>Investigate individual customer complaints and escalations from a bureau reporting standpoint.</li><li>Perform analytic work aimed at mitigating the volume of records being rejected by the bureaus.</li><li>Assess and identify opportunities to enhance bureau reporting policies.</li><li>Support testing and validation of bureau reporting logic changes.</li><li>Partner closely with cross-functional teams in Operational Bureau Governance, Risk Products &amp; Data Strategy, and others within Credit and Fraud Risk.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (Business Analytics, MIS, Statistics).</li><li>Master's degree in quantitative field OR 1+ years of relevant analytics experience.</li><li>Self-starter with experience managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines.</li><li>Proven ability to translate a problem/question into a clear, efficient analytic approach.</li><li>Proven ability to summarize, visualize, and communicate data findings to a less technical audience.</li><li>Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills.</li><li>Proficiency with SQL or similar analytic programming language</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>1+ years of relevant analytics experience in the financial services industry.</li><li>Experience with Hive or Python is a plus.</li><li>Experience with data visualization (e.g. Tableau).</li></ul>Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
