The incumbent will be an integral contributor to design and implement processes for stronger risk management across key activities and programs across NAS, in conjunction with Control Management &amp; GMNS stakeholders.The successful candidate will lead and drive outcomes for improving product risk management across NAS. This role is ideal for someone with a consultative &amp; problem-solving mindset - one who can manage projects simultaneously, establish collaborative partnerships, drive consistency, analysis, report trends, understand and implement processes whilst immersing themselves in the complexity of the business and its varied interactions with the wider Blue Box.&nbsp;How will you make an impact in this role?The role will be&nbsp;based in New York, U.S. and focus on following objectives:&nbsp;<ul><li>Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and collaborate across stakeholders to build alignment, followership, and advocacy.</li><li>Lead Policy and Process Operationalization: Guide the end-to-end process of operationalizing key policies and control frameworks within NAS, understanding how they relate to Product Management &amp; Development to ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and accountability.</li><li>Design and Implement Programs: Develop and execute programs across NAS to support Project Guardian workstreams, supporting strategic initiatives.</li><li>Ensure Quality and Effectiveness: Establish and maintain strong quality control and monitoring frameworks to track progress, drive timely resolution, and sustain improvements.</li><li>Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze trends and partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen risk management while reducing recurring challenges.</li><li>Provide Strategic Insights: Deliver oversight, reporting, and insights on key metrics, trends, and emerging risks to senior leaders to inform strategic decision-making.</li><li>Promote Consistency and Alignment: Ensure policies, procedures, and controls related to risk management are consistently implemented, tested, and aligned with enterprise-wide frameworks, across NAS.</li><li>Optimize Ways of Working: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows for key risk management initiatives across NAS, eliminate bottlenecks, and scale processes to support effective product development and delivery.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Demonstrated ability for strategic/white space thinking&nbsp;– can identify gaps, anticipate risks, and design process-based solutions without detailed instructions.</li><li>Proven ability to work autonomously and adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change.</li><li>Demonstrated ownership and accountability with the ability to work across a large organization/team, prioritize effectively and drive initiatives to completion.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and/or data to actionable insights.</li><li>Knowledge of operational risk concepts and programs.</li><li>Excellent project management,&nbsp;communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence across all levels and to develop relationships with leaders, peers, and control and compliance teams.</li><li>Expertise in process governance, with a track record of establishing and overseeing robust decision-making processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.</li></ul>Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
