Part-Time Adjunct - Finance

Job Summary:The Data &amp; Systems Specialist is responsible for data entry of inquiries, applications, and other prospective student data related to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Additionally, the Data &amp; Systems Specialist will perform other secretarial and clerical duties as required.Essential Functions:1. Data entry of prospective student inquiries from various sources.3. Manages Admissions email inbox as well as electronic visit requests.4. Correct and update information of prospective student inquiry and application records as needed.5. Assist with filing, photocopying, assembly of mailings and other clerical duties.6. Serve as a backup to the Data Operations Assistant with mailings and processing applications &amp; transcripts.Additional Responsibilities:1. Maintain and develop relationships with faculty and staff of the University.2. Performs other services as deemed reasonable by the supervisor.Qualifications/Education:1. Strong data entry/typing skills (both accuracy and speed).2. Attention to detail.3. Ability to multi-task and operate efficiently in an open workstation environment.4. Strong organizational and communication skills.5. Knowledge/experience with Citrix/Power Campus preferred.6. Knowledge and demonstrated proficiency of other PC applications such as Microsoft Office.7. High School Diploma required.8.
