The Servicing Risk Analyst reports to the Senior Manager, Business Risk Analytics and requires a deep understanding of consumer finance with auto preferred in the servicing portfolio arena. As a Risk Analyst II, you will work closely with individual business units to gather, analyze, and evaluate processes, procedures, strategies and KPIs, with a focus on Servicing (Collections and Loss Recoveries). You will document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate solutions for implementation. Special projects and other duties would also be assigned on an as needed basis.
