Other duties may be assigned.&nbsp;<ul><li>Coordinates the ongoing Individual Service Plan (ISP) process, to include thorough assessment of individuals served, coordination of ISP team meetings, development of a comprehensive ISP, ongoing reviews to ensure services and supports are provided in accordance with the ISP, verifies the ISP is designed to ensure health, safety and welfare, reflect current level of needs and services as based upon the results of the assessment process and expressed preference of individuals served.&nbsp; Ensures achievement of outcomes that are important to the individual and outcomes that are important for the individual are included in the ISP.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;As the team leader, addresses the balance of and any conflicts between what is important to the individual and what is important for the individual.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>For assigned cases, coordinates ISP meetings in keeping with the philosophy of self-determination, plans services to meet assessed needs through one single unified ISP.&nbsp; Develops an ISP that supports the concepts and principles of self-determination in accordance with standards as defined through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities rules and MCBDD policies and procedures.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; These self-determination principles and concepts will include individual’s choice of service providers, development of individuals budgets/personal resources, and individual control of services to the extent feasible for each person served.&nbsp;</li><li>Completes the writing of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) within the guidelines established by the SSA department so that the ISP is distributed to the team prior to service delivery date.&nbsp; communicates service dates, corrections, suspensions, disenrollment to Waiver Administration, coordinating changes, ISP revision/reviews, and preventative measures when applicable.&nbsp;</li><li>Will comply with all local, State, Federal rules regulations, statutes, and standards, including DODD and CMS interpretation of said rules.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides support and solicits active participation by the individual and significant others of their choice in the planning process.&nbsp;</li><li>Recommends as a team leader on each assigned individual’s ISP team, or a Medina County DD Board representative for an ICF (as assigned), so that a unified community plan of service can be developed.&nbsp;</li><li>Acts as primary point of coordination for person and between team members for the ISP. Attends meetings, hearings, etc. at sites located throughout the county and state. Assists individuals/families to exercise their rights (due process, access to financial rights and benefits, etc.).&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Provides feedback regarding the results of the ongoing service review process to individual/family and other appropriate parties. The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Athens is accepting applications for an Finance Support Associate. This is a full-time, partially grant-funded position designed to support health science program expansion and student accounts as outlined by the grant objectives and support the financial services of the college.

Salary Range:&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Salary is commensurate with qualifications, education, and experience according to established TBR salary guidelines. Salary range: $34,939-$43,673.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

<li>Associate degree in Accounting/Business/Finance</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a finance office environment, preferably in an accounting field, including experience with maintaining or reviewing financial records and reconciling accounts.</li>
<li>Excellent understanding of accounting concepts for accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, financial reporting, contracts, etc.</li>

GENERAL JOB DUTIES:
<ul>
<li>Disseminate grant funds to student’s accounts.</li>
<li>Ensure the award of Completion Grants process aligns with THEC guidelines.</li>
<li>Ensure proper documentation is maintained for the payment of Completion Grants.</li>
<li>Obtain paperwork to set up childcare and housing vendors.</li>
<li>Pay childcare and housing vendors per the Completion Grant guidlelines.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records for grant reports.</li>
<li>Perform Accounts Receivable transactions for the college.</li>
<li>Monitor/screen invoices and forward to Accounts Payable clerk.</li>
<li>Create third-party contracts in Banner for students sponsored by agencies and corresponding invoices.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit student refunds through Banner.</li>
<li>Monitor/maintain student receivables.</li>
<li>Maintain strict confidentiality as it relates to the financial information, employee information, student records, student financial aid, state and federal reports and any other information generated for the Business Office and the Tennessee College of Applied Technology Athens.</li>
<li>Reconcile daily receipts, prepare bank deposits for the campus, and upload journal entries into Banner system to identify daily receipts.</li>
<li>Assist the Finance and HR Coordinator with various analyses, reports, and duties.</li>
<li>Reconcile and track monthly bookstore commission earnings.</li>
<li>Close all cashier sessions daily for applicable staff.</li>
<li>Communicate with students with professionalism and confidentiality regarding account balances per TBR policy.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and organized records of all A/R transactions.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with FERPA, internal policies, and financial reporting standards.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of student accounts and perform regular aging analysis.</li>
<li>Collections of outstanding student debts.</li>
<li>Local and some overnight travel as required to complete duties/training.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
