Job Summary
ECTC is seeking an Admissions Coordinator III to provide administrative support in the Welcome Center and Admissions.




Job Duties:
• Process all incoming admissions applications and evaluate the application process for efficiency and effectiveness as the application load continues to expand. • Assist prospective students/applicants in answering questions through various communication methods. • Process incoming transcripts and incoming admissions forms completed by students. Retrieve student’s transcripts from Student Clearing House and Parchment. • Correspond with applicants on admission status, orientation, and registration information. • Complete data entry changes to include home campus, address, and change of major requests. • Resolve problems and duplicate ID issues by submitting tickets to the system office staff. • Assist in planning and development of the registration process and ensure a smooth process for students. • Assist in the coordination of office and event coverage when extended hours of operation are required and during scheduled vacations etc. • Assist as needed in answering incoming calls, processing faxed communications and assisting walk-in guests/students. • Assist with Blackboard Knowledge base updates, tickets, etc. • Maintain stock of office supplies, college publications, and recruitment packets, and schedule campus tours. • Assist with supervision of work studies and temps, workloads, timesheets, and coordination of work schedules. • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

The VP for Business Affairs serves as the chief financial officer of the college. Reporting directly to the College President. Job Summary
The Academic Program Coordinator provides high touch support to traditional and dual credit students at the Southwest and Bullitt campuses, offering assessment, advising, academic planning, and ongoing guidance from enrollment through completion. This role ensures a seamless student experience by monitoring academic progress, fostering strong communication and collaboration, and helping students stay on track toward semester to semester persistence and successful program or degree completion.




Job Duties:
• Operate in a high-touch service role, focused on retention management, outreach, and intervention. Activities include assessment, advising, monitoring academic progress, providing holistic student assistance services, creating an academic plan for each student during their first semester, and following up with students to ensure semester to semester completion with the goal of program and degree completion.  • Provide academic and career advising to new, returning, assigned, referred, visiting, and prospective students across Southwest and Bullitt campuses, as well as undecided and probation students. • Engage students with regular communication through various means such as e-mail, phone, classroom visits, video appointments (Teams, etc.), text, and face-to-face conversation. • Refer and/or assist students with navigating both college services and community services and resources when appropriate.  These referrals include interventions to address mental health issues, disability support services, food or housing insecurities, financial aid assistance, and more.  Assist in scheduling appointments with these resources when necessary.  • Coordinate and execute student engagement events to attract prospective students and retain current students. • Provide support to the facilitator in overseeing Bullitt County Public Schools dual credit classes, enrollment processes, and pathway alignment by assisting with communication and coordination with the school system, and by helping manage the full dual credit enrollment cycle—including school visits, class request facilitation, student advising and enrollment, billing inquiries, and ensuring final grades are posted. • Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree (related field) and one year of related experience, or equivalent. Must have a valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation. Must have the ability to work some evening and weekend events as needed. Job Summary
Prison Education Program tutors at Jefferson Community and Technical College serve as in-person tutors at our prison education sites Kentucky Correctional Institute for Women, Luther Luckett Correctional Complex, and Roeder Correctional Complex.




Job Duties:
We are looking to hire tutor(s) to provide academic support to students across a variety of subjects. The ideal candidate(s) will be skilled in adapting instructional methods to individual learning styles, simplifying complex concepts, and fostering academic confidence. Tutor(s) will provide one-to-one or small-group tutoring in person at our facilities across multiple disciplines (math, English, science, reading, etc.). Tutor(s) collaborate with and support students in their learning. Tutor(s) work with the student to make content and learning more accessible, rather than doing the work for the student. Tutor(s) assist students with understanding course concepts, building successful learning and studying habits, and developing a growth mindset. Tutors will need to be available during the hours of 9:00a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Work hours will be determined by tutor availability and the facility leadership. Total hours work will vary weekly. Once hired, tutors will be required to complete professional development and training for support in their tutoring role and work with our prison program students. 




Minimum Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree • Strong proficiency in at least two academic subject areas. • Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Ability to explain complex topics in an accessible and engaging manner. • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine desire to help students succeed. &nbsp;




Preferred Qualifications:
Prior work with GED students and/or experience working with incarcerated or formerly incarcerated individuals.

Job Summary
Owensboro Community and Technical College is hiring a full-time nursing instructor. The candidate should demonstrate a strong commitment to student success and team building. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate nursing courses in the classroom, lab and clinical settings, advising students, other institutional service, and professional development. * Two weeks off during Christmas and New Year’s * Summers off * Overload courses available with extra pay as needed * Free tuition towards MSN for those with BSN * 22 vacation days per year.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Preferred Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and/or Certified Nurse Educator (CNE).
