The purpose of this position is to ensure smooth daily operations by performing a variety of tasks that contribute to customer satisfaction and overall efficiency.<ul><li>Maintains all utensils and food production equipment in good working order by using the correct cleaning, sharpening, and storage procedures at all times.&nbsp; Utilizes proper cutting surfaces.</li><li>Performs maintenance tasks as scheduled or assigned.</li><li>Demonstrates knowledge of utilization of the Kaivac Univac for mopping, scrubbing, and drying floors in the kitchen, restrooms, and dining rooms.</li><li>Learns and applies the correct location for all items stored and used, such as food products, paper products, cleaning supplies, etc.</li><li>Mops spills or leaks quickly to prevent accidents.</li><li>Demonstrates knowledge of proper handling and storage of all sanitizing and cleaning chemicals.</li><li>Cleans the customer service areas by following the proper procedures, including outside landscaping, building entrances, dining room tables and condiment stations, restrooms, and food production and storage units.</li><li>Follows proper procedures for maintaining sidewalks and parking lot sanitation to include sweeping, scrubbing, etc.</li><li>Notifies the management person on duty of any leaks or equipment failures such as refrigerators/freezers are not maintaining proper temperatures.</li><li>Disposes of all trash properly.</li></ul>671 Fairview Rd Simpsonville SC 29680
