The Labor Relations Specialist (LRS) is responsible for leading and managing employee and labor relations function across the college. This position ensures fair and consistent application of policies, procedures, collective bargaining agreements, and employment laws. The Administrative Assistant, reporting directly to the Dean of Social Sciences, Arts &amp; Humanities, plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Division’s administrative staff, Department Chairs, faculty, and students. This position contributes to the Division's daily operations and long-term strategic goals.
