Qualifications National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Current Utah licensure, required certifications, and DEA number. 3–5 years of clinical experience (required). Strong clinical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and communication abilities. Ability to think independently and innovatively — “outside the box.” Demonstrates initiative in engaging patients and collaborating with the healthcare team.
