Job-Specific Responsibilities: Oversee and lead all the activities (maintenance, training, and process development) in the photolithography area, and especially in the advanced Photolithography. Supervise the photo engineer/technician on this technical area.Lead the process development and technology innovation of advanced lithography (3D lithography, direct laser writing).
