<li>Provide clerical assistance to maintain accurate records and databases related to program participants, events, and resources.</li>
<li>Assist with coordination and logistics for workshops, seminars, and career fairs, ensuring smooth operation and participant satisfaction.</li>
<li>Provide clerical support to the program director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.</li>

The work-study child care aide will assist in implementing the childcare program’s goals and classroom objectives while performing related work for children six (6) weeks to five (5) years old. 
Job Duties

<li>Assist with supervision of large and small groups of children</li>
<li>Assist children with self-help skills</li>
<li>Works with individual children on specific tasks</li>
