Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a focused people-leader with a passion for retail who is energized by the opportunity to be a visible, working manager in the grocery department, as well as the front-end of the store. In this role, you will take on a variety of hands-on responsibilities, putting in the work in a fast-paced environment to develop the skills that will bring you to the next level of management. Designed as a learning role with the ultimate goal of continuing up the Dierbergs career ladder, as a Manager Trainee, you will learn all aspects of the grocery business, from customer service to operations.
