Special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor's discretion. </li><li>Communicate daily with drivers at Domicile</li><li>Communicate daily with leadership at the home hub in Hebron</li><li>Manage backhauls from the Domicile ensuring timely pick-up and delivery to the DC</li><li>Manage shuttle drivers and shuttle operation from the Domicile</li><li>Coach drivers when Key Performance Indicators are under goal (On-Time performance, Geo Fence capture rate, auto arrivals, sales compliance, scanning compliance, Drive Cams)</li><li>Quarterly Route Rides and Safety Observations on off hours</li><li> Manage driver schedules, vacation schedules for all drivers at the the Domicile</li><li>Work with vendors to ensure equipment is in safe condition and route ready</li><li>Monitor/manage the TK for the trailers - TK knowledge a plus</li><li>Conduct interviews for prospective driver positions and provide feedback to leadership in Hebron</li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Transportation Supervisor: <ul><li>Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent required.</li><li>A Bachelor's degree is preferred.</li><li>Have at least 1 year of transportation management experience in the food distribution industry.</li><li>Be knowledgeable about DOT regulations.</li><li>AS/400 experience is preferred.</li><li>Truck routing software experience preferred.</li><li>Be able to work a varied and flexible schedule. </li><li>Have basic competency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word). </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
