ResponsibilitiesThis position will be in our Core Plant and will plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials. This role is part of a dedicated hospital-based urology service line designed to optimize inpatient care while supporting an expanding outpatient operative urology program. You will practice within a consultation-only hospitalist urology model (fully developed over the past 3 years), supported by two experienced Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners, with no call responsibilities, unless desired for additional compensation. The inpatient service collaborates with a six-physician, four-APP outpatient operative urology group, with additional recruitment ongoing to support continued growth.
