MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Quality Improvement Process/Data Management Quality Analyst will complete all tasks outlined below for their assigned regions:<ul><li>&nbsp;Coordinate process improvement task forces and assist the Quality Improvement Supervisor in management of process improvement projects.</li><li>&nbsp;Collect and analyze data for quality measurements at Caron.</li><li>&nbsp;Manage and/or conduct measurements related to patient care improvement and medical record documentation improvements.
