Daily responsibilities include monitoring and resolving ServiceDesk tickets, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and facilitating smooth transitions for employees moving between in-office and remote work environments. This role also includes support for company-approved software applications and assisting with software upgrades and installations. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate equipment inventories, coordinate hardware deployments, and track assets throughout their lifecycle.&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Set up desktops and other related hardware/peripherals.
