Position Summary: The overall purpose of the Graphic Designer is to accurately design print and web material for internal and external audiences for the purpose of promoting the college through marketing and information avenues.
Essential Functions: 
70% Develop and implement creative and professional concepts for the graphic design of print publications, advertisements and other informative college publications, often in collaboration with the Senior Graphic Designer.
15% Ensure that graphic design materials developed fit into the college’s overall marketing strategy and Identity Guidelines and that they are technically sound for commercial printing publication.
5% Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer, Web and Advertising assistant director, Publications coordinator and outside printers and sales associates to guarantee that jobs are designed and packaged to meet proper printing guidelines and specifications.
5% Document and track the status of each design project.
5% Stay current on design trends, software, printing processes, competitors, etc., and apply knowledge as appropriate when developing designs. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:&nbsp;

<li>Associate’s degree in graphic design and/or commercial printing knowledge.</li>
<li>Two years’ experience in graphic design and experience and knowledge of printing processes required.</li>
</ul>
Part-time work experience is calculated at 50% credit of full-time work experience.

Position Summary: To provide quality instruction for student learning and to maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom. The major emphasis will be placed on teaching and evaluating students in the classroom and laboratories.
Department: Engineering &amp; Media Technologies
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Planning and teaching classes as assigned and as outlined in the course descriptions and course syllabi. 2. Supervising the study and learning activities of students assigned. 3. Submitting requests through the department head, program coordinator, or lead teacher for equipment, supplies, textbooks, and other instructional aids. 4. Evaluating the academic progress of students. 5. Demonstrating knowledge of services, regulations, and procedures as defined in the Adjunct Faculty Handbook. 6. Submitting course grades and performing other administrative duties as required. 7. Scheduling two office hours. For extenuating circumstances in which office hours cannot be scheduled, the adjunct faculty member must submit a written plan to the Dean describing how students can access the instructor. Office hours are not paid during the summer session.
Required Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited college/university with at least 18 graduate semester hours in the Interior Design Technology teaching field
