This position leads a State funded telemedicine pilot project with Multnomah Education Services District (MESD) to increase access to SHC services at schools that do not host SHCs. The Community Health Nurse (CHN) will use their clinical expertise to assist with planning, implementation and monitoring of this project to assure specific grant related activities and deliverables are met while meeting clinical standards. In collaboration with SHC leadership, this position is responsible for coordinating the project team and working with MESD.
