Job-Specific Responsibilities: •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Oversee and develop a portfolio of analytic research projects across the research life cycle, including the establishment of research questions, design of the study, grant writing, collection of data, analysis, and writing of reports and academic papers.&nbsp;

The Senior Project Manager, working closely with a Data Scientist, will oversee the creation of a national panel data set of city employees as well as employee surveys in three cities to start, with the intention of scaling up to additional cities each year. They will coordinate across stakeholders; manage government partner relationships, timelines, and deliverables; coordinate all implementation logistics; support junior research staff in meeting their deliverables; and set up scalable operational infrastructure for conducting the survey annually.&nbsp;&nbsp;Policy Bot&nbsp;The Senior Project Manager will manage the development of an interactive AI bot that provides informed and accessible insights to policymakers aiming to develop and implement evidence-based policies. The work may entail (a) managing the process of gathering and categorizing evidence for different policy audiences, in collaboration with a research team; (b) project managing a series of behavioral experiments on how policymakers would use an AI bot; (c) managing and coordinating with multiple stakeholders for public-facing versions of an AI bot, including academics, developers, communications teams, and funders. The BH clinician is integrated directly into the clinical environment and provides direct care and coordination of services in tandem with his/her primary care and/or emergency department colleagues.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>The provision of direct patient care, including assessment, short term cognitive behavioral therapy, and long term psychotherapy, as appropriate to the clinical environment.</li><li>Clinical care management and oversight for special high-risk populations, as specified by the primary care department within which the BH clinician is integrated.&nbsp; This includes coordination of services with outside behavioral health providers when necessary and periodic outreach to engage patients in care.</li><li>General practice support, including emergency response to attend to patients in crisis, clinical consultation, and in-basket management, and support for community education efforts.</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate from an accredited Masters in Psychology (MA), Masters in Education (Counseling-M.Ed.), or MSW program.</li><li>Current Massachusetts license (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LICSW, Licensed Psychologist) or license eligibility.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years relevant post-graduate experience, preferably in a community health, mental health or hospital setting.</li><li>Excellent working knowledge of behavioral medicine and evidence-based treatments for medical and mental health conditions.</li><li>Ability to work through brief patient contacts as well as to make quick and accurate clinical assessments of mental and behavioral conditions.</li><li>Comfortable with the pace of primary care and emergency care, within with an interdisciplinary team.</li></ul>
