Essential Job Functions:&nbsp;&nbsp;Provides medical care and treatment to patients under direction of supervising physician. &nbsp;Performs physical exams, collects and documents data, conducts approved diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, orders laboratory studies, prescribes medication,&nbsp;and prescribes appropriate interventions. &nbsp;Compiles patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination. &nbsp;Collaborates with the supervising physician in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients. &nbsp;Ability to manage a busy clinic schedule. &nbsp;Displays willingness to make decisions and exhibits sound and accurate judgment. &nbsp;Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:&nbsp;Qualifications:&nbsp;Successful completion of National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Must hold licensure/certification as required by the state of Utah and DEA number as well. Hours:&nbsp;Hours:&nbsp;Monday - Tuesday 8am - 5pm.
