The Division of Plastic Surgery is comprised of six faculty members, five advanced practice providers (APPs), and a dedicated team of support staff. It oversees a six-year Integrated Plastic Surgery Residency Program that matches two residents annually, as well as an ACGME-accredited Hand Surgery Fellowship, which accepts one fellow each year. Candidates must hold the academic rank of Professor or Associate Professor and possess an MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent degree, with a sustained record of scholarly activity. They should have national recognition, demonstrated by active involvement in academic and professional societies at the national level. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in administrative roles within a medical school or academic medical center. A strong track record of recruiting and retaining high-caliber faculty and staff, as well as a demonstrated commitment to mentorship, is essential.
