<p><strong>Title Service Technician</strong></p><p><em>Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship for this position.</em></p><p>The Title Area is responsible for ownership and beneficiary changes to our life insurance and annuity contracts, as well as ensuring that our policies have correct and appropriate owner and beneficiary designations.&nbsp;&nbsp; The Title Area is also responsible for recording and releasing collateral assignments of our life insurance policies.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Works closely with new issue areas, Life and Annuity, as well as working directly with the policy owner or through the agent</li><li>Coordinate with the advanced marketing area and the legal department on setting up complex ownership and beneficiary arrangements</li><li>Prepares and records the various title forms</li><li>Actively involved in sensitive and emotional situations where you will need to work very professionally and tactfully with the policy owner and/or their authorized representatives</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Associate's Degree preferred</li><li>Detail oriented</li><li>Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)</li><li>Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>Strong analytical and decision-making skills, as well as tact and diplomacy</li><li>Ability to meet established deadlines; must be able to work independently as well as being a team player</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong interpersonal skills a must</li><li>Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work</li><li>Must be able to pass a background check</li></ul><br><h6>The base compensation range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience.
