POSITION SUMMARY:&nbsp; The Principal Faculty member, as a full-time faculty instructor in the Physician Assistant (PA) Program, is primarily responsible for course instruction and/or course coordination in the didactic and/or clinical phase of the program. POSITION SUMMARY: The Course Proctor will provide management and oversight of courses being broadcast into campus locations virtually. The Course Proctor will prepare the classroom for the campus-based students to receive the course virtually at the receiving campus location by. (Campus). </li></ul>REQUIREMENTS: <ul><li>For graduate programs, a terminal degree from a regionally accredited institution in the discipline to be taught, with a concentration in the teaching discipline (a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline), is required.</li><li>For undergraduate programs, a master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in the discipline to be taught, with a concentration in the teaching discipline (minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline), is required.</li><li>For associates degree programs in the Occupational Therapist Assistant program, a minimum of a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from a regionally accredited university is required; OR a minimum of a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and a master's degree or Doctoral degree in a related field from a regionally accredited university required.</li><li>Master's degree in occupational therapy with teaching experience or a doctoral degree in occupational therapy from a regionally accredited university and teaching experience preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>For OTA lab assistant position, an entry-level occupational therapy assistant associate's degree (OTA) is required.</li><li>At least six months of teaching experience at another post-secondary education institution (preferred).</li><li>Active, valid, and unencumbered state licensure or certification as applicable to the discipline.</li><li>Membership in a professional association tied to the area of instruction (preferred).</li><li>Practical experience in the discipline of the program and knowledge of current best practices (in the field).</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build successful relationships with students and faculty.</li><li>Excellent time management and attention to detail.
