The VP of IT Infrastructure &amp; Operations will be responsible for the strategic direction and tactical delivery of IT Infrastructure, IT Operations and End user support (IT I&amp;O), and for ensuring the delivery of solutions and services that are aligned to meet Cooper’s Hawk IT and Business strategies.&nbsp; Reporting to the CTO, this position is responsible for leading an internal team and 3rd party vendors supporting I&amp;O functions including Network &amp; Telecom, Servers Infrastructure, End User Computing (e.g. Desktops, tablets), IT Helpdesk, Support and Operations. &nbsp;What You’ll Do:&nbsp;<ul><li>Strategic direction of the areas of responsibility including maintaining a roadmap that aligns proposed projects with company and departmental priorities. We are looking to add a&nbsp;VP, Security &amp; GRC&nbsp;to lead our Information Technology Security team. Reporting to the CTO, this individual will be accountable for overseeing all aspects of information Security including governance, risk management, compliance (GRC) practices, and ensuring the protection of sensitive data across the company. &nbsp;Collaborating with team members at all levels across IT (e.g. engineering, IT infrastructure) and leaders around the company (e.g. HR, Legal), this hands-on role will ensure effective policies, processes, standards are in place to ensure security and compliance requirements are met.&nbsp;What You’ll Do:&nbsp;<ul><li>Develop and maintain IT Security program strategy that’s aligned with Business objectives, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, </li><li>Risk assessment and mitigation: identifying, evaluating and prioritizing potential security threats, and executing plans to mitigate them.</li><li>Maintain IT Security and data privacy standards, policies and practices, collaborating with stakeholders around the organization (e.g. IT, Legal, HR,) as necessary to ensure alignment and enforcement</li><li>Lead strategy and planning for IT to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. SOX, PCI) and state / federal data privacy regulations.
