Cooper’s Hawk Winery &amp; Restaurants is looking to add a Sr. Systems Administrator to its growing Information Technology team. Reporting to the Manager, IT Systems, this position will be responsible for assisting in endpoint management and Windows server related systems across all Cooper’s Hawk locations, including the Restaurant Support Center and restaurants.The Sr. Systems Engineer will work with other members of the IT organization and business to ensure that IT systems meet current and future needs and, when necessary, identify gaps where new technology is needed. Cooper’s Hawk Winery &amp; Restaurants is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to support the growth of the business.&nbsp; This position is primarily responsible for timely and accurate processing of bi-weekly payrolls for multiple entities.&nbsp; The Payroll Specialist ensures compliance with various state and federal regulations, while maintaining data as required by all governmental agencies.&nbsp; Our restaurant concept has over 65 locations in 12 states, with plans for significant growth.&nbsp; This position will be a part of the Accounting and Finance team and is located at the Restaurant Support Center in Downers Grove, IL.&nbsp; We offer a hybrid work environment with 3 days in office; 2 remote. Scratch kitchen experience preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Experience of making or baking pizza dough would be useful in this role.</li><li>A minimum age requirement of 21 years</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read, understand and communicate in English&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrates financial acumen</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Is results-driven; able to coach team to hit restaurant targets (i.e. Wine Club Community growth)</li><li>Preferred certifications include ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements</li><li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 55 lbs.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to stand for at least 10 hours per shift</li><li>Must have the ability to work 50-60 hours per week</li><li>Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays</li><li>Maintains a professional image by adhering to guidelines listed in the Team Member Handbook&nbsp;</li></ul>Piccolo Buco by Cooper’s Hawk reviews several factors when establishing compensation.
