We’re seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to support variable pay plans and incentive programs that power our automotive sales, financial services, after-sales, and supporting functions. This role focuses heavily on market and store operations pay programs — commissions, targets, and bonus structures — ensuring they are competitive, motivating, and aligned with business goals.
