Job Dimensions: The VP of Global Manufacturing for the HWS business unit will have direct responsibility for the global manufacturing organization, manufacturing support, operations planning, process excellence, capital engineering and process innovation. The leader will ensure world-class operational performance and drive high levels of customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for all direct manufacturing costs globally. They will lead a team of direct reports including leaders at each facility, a capital engineering and process innovation director and continuous improvement director. The VP will report to the President of the Howmet Wheel Systems business unit. Basic Purpose:
To ensure specification product is packaged in a safe, sanitary, and timely manner. To supervise the packers, operate the packing machine, and pack products according to schedule and specifications. &nbsp;
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  &nbsp;

The Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Dickson is accepting applications for the part-time position of Adjunct Instructor for the Floor Covering Installation class at the Clarksville Campus.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

<li>High school diploma or equivalent; Technical Diploma in instructional area or equivalent higher education training with credentials in related field preferred. A comparable combination of education and directly related work experience may be considered.</li>
<li>Minimum three (3) years of experience in floor covering installation or comparable skill sets. Experience within the last five (5) years preferred.</li>
<li>Certification in Floor Covering Installation preferred.</li>
<li>Must possess computer skills.</li>
<li>Strong hands-on technical background in the field of instruction.</li>

GENERAL DUTIES: The Adjunct Instructor in the Floor Covering Installation class is responsible for providing in-person individualized theory and hands-on instruction to students to prepare them for employment in the Floor Covering Installation field. Areas of instruction include tools and equipment used in the flooring industry, safety, and installation of resilient, hardwood, tile and carpet. The Adjunct Instructor must prepare materials needed for course instruction; facilitate an engaging and focused learning environment; monitor, grade and evaluate individual student progress; maintain student records in the college’s student records management software; maintain appropriate documentation, and submit timely reports. This part-time position is not eligible for benefits and reports to the Clarksville Campus Director. Scheduled work hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Scheduled class hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. This is not a remote work position.
SALARY: $30.00 per hour. Commensurate with Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology salary guidelines.
