Our Warehouse Order Selectors average between 40-50 hours per week and make $19.50 per hour, increasing to $23.50 after training, plus incentive pay opportunities based on performance. This position is in a Step Progression Pay Range. Warehouse Order Selector (Builder)

Description - External The Warehouse Loader-Foodservice operates selected power equipment to load product into trailers for delivery. <ul><li>Pay Rate: $19/HR</li><li>1PM start time - up to 10-12 hours per day</li><li>Check cases for stability and orderliness. </li><li>Verify product counts. </li><li>Ensure that product "walls" are stable to prevent injury or damage to people or product. </li><li>Complete and report equipment inspections and keep the work area clean. </li><li>This position has additional duties. Special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor's discretion. </li></ul> MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS &amp; REQUIREMENTS: <ul><li>Be at least 18 years of age. </li><li>Must be able to use an electric pallet jack. </li><li>Bring a high degree of attention, skill, and dexterity to controlling a pallet jack and stacking product. </li><li>Be able to lift weights of 25-100 lbs frequently. </li><li>Be able to work 10-hour shifts that include nights, weekends, and holidays. </li><li>Be able to work in all compartments, including freezer, cooler, and dry areas.</li></ul> Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
