Distribution Supervisor - Perishable

Start a fulfilling career as a Team Leader! This position will be working on our 3rd shift. Sunday-Wednesday with a start time of 10pm We're a team. The Team Leader promotes and maintains warehouse productivity and efficiencies by working as a direct floor leader. Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour. </li><li>Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday shift starts at 9:00am</li><li>Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.</li><li>Earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days.</li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.</li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! </li></ul> What you'll do as a Team Leader: <ul><li>Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.</li><li>Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.</li><li>Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.</li><li>Coordinate warehouse labor (e.g., start of shift, vacation, and sick calls).</li><li>This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate: <ul><li>At least 18 years of age.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED preferred. </li><li>1+ year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift.</li><li>Supervisory experience.</li><li>Basic computer skills. </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
