ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:Howmet Houston Extrusions (77061) is seeking a fulltime Billet Prep Operator. Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Pay Rate: $22.25 - $26.50 per hour. </li><li>Monday - Friday, 5:00am or 6:00am start</li><li>Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance. </li><li>Earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days. </li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. </li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! </li></ul> What you'll do as a Warehouse Selector IV: The Warehouse Selector IV fills customer orders for full-case products by pulling cases from warehouse storage slots. <ul><li>Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order. </li><li>Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto a pallet or cart. </li><li>Transport selected cases to designated dock area using powered equipment. </li><li>Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate: <ul><li>At least 18 years of age. </li><li>High School Diploma or GED preferred </li><li>Able to perform accurate visual inspections. </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
