ResponsibilitiesHowmet Aerospace Niles&nbsp;Operations is seeking a Shift&nbsp;Supervisor to join its operations Department. Under the direction of the Focus Factory Manager, this position is the first level of authority in the workplace providing leadership, coaching, and clear direction to front line employees. The Warehouse Receiver is responsible for receiving new and returned product as it enters the building; ensuring product is in saleable condition that is ready for resale and controlling the inbound flow of the dock.
