Basic Purpose: This position is responsible for training and directing the work activities of new hires for the packing area.

Essential Job Functions:
<ul>
<li>Assists workforce in the efficient preparation for production and completion of the assigned tasks</li>
<li>Supports daily production to ensure safety goals are achieved, productivity goals are met, production schedules are attained, and downtime of equipment is minimized</li>
<li>Applies discretion and progressive discipline to accomplish objectives and to enforce company policy, establish and maintain all necessary lines of communication</li>
<li>Train and instruct employees as necessary and proactively respond to variances, emergencies and shifting priorities</li>
<li>Follows HACCP and Food Safety principles and verify compliance to all Critical Control points and Preventative Quality Checkpoints to ensure a safe quality product is produced consistently</li>
<li>Acts as backup to various functions on the production floor, as needed</li>
<li>Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary</li>
<li>Follow all Food Safety guidelines, such as, but not limited to GMP’s, allergen program, quality, HACCP, sanitation, safety</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Required Job Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum two years’ experience in a production capacity or related role in a manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>
<li>Completed packaging programming skills training</li>
<li>Proven strong safety record </li>
<li>Ability to work well with and command the respect of associates and team members</li>
<li>Ability to make simple math calculation &amp; measurements is required</li>
<li>Ability to read &amp; speak basic English </li>
<li>Bi-lingual with Spanish speaking and writing skills preferred</li>
<li>Effective communication skills with coworkers and supervisors</li>
<li>Possess manual dexterity to manipulate machinery </li>
<li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds to shoulder height on an intermittent basis</li>
<li>Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with internal and external customers</li>
<li>Understanding of basic principles of the SQF program and other food safety policies/procedure</li>
<li>Available to work overtime/weekend as needed</li>

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

Production Lead (3rd Shift) - Sensible

<h2>Basic Purpose</h2>
The Sanitor assists with for cleaning &amp; sanitizing of all surfaces &amp; equipment in the food production and storage areas, and building structure.
Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest safety, food safety and quality, cost and GMP standards in a high speed manufacturing environment.&nbsp; 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Cleaning &amp; sanitizing of all surfaces &amp; equipment in the food production and storage areas</li>
<li>Disassembling equipment</li>
<li>Read chemical labels to ensure safe applications</li>
<li>Handle, mix and store cleaning chemicals</li>
<li>Add specified amounts of chemicals to equipment at required times to maintain solution levels and concentrations</li>
<li>Dry and Wet cleaning of Food contact surfaces, equipment and building structure</li>
<li>Clean and sanitize equipment using chemicals and foamier, pressure wash and/or sanitation sprayer</li>
<li>Manually scrub certain areas of machines using brushes, scrapers or scrub pads</li>
<li>Clean floors using powered floor scrubber</li>
<li>Perform varying tasks while standing, lifting, crouching, etc. during long periods of time</li>
<li>Lift cleaning materials and production equipment manually</li>
<li>Follow all Health and Safety guidelines established for this position</li>
<li>Supports all efforts to improve, maintain and validate safety and sanitation practices and procedures</li>
<li>Other responsibilities as assigned by the Sanitation Supervisor</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or (GED) required</li>
<li>Must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English or Spanish.</li>
<li>Previous experience working in a Food production environment preferred but not essential</li>
<li>Food safety and sanitation knowledge is a plus</li>
<li>Mechanical aptitude is a plus</li>
<li>Successful candidates will be able to work well in a team setting</li>

Responsibilities:

<li>Performs cycle counts using RF equipment according to a set schedule and as needed for investigation of inventory discrepancies.</li>
<li>Reconciles the staging location following completion of manufacturing orders.</li>
<li>Documents resources required to be issued or removed from the associated manufactured order(s).</li>
<li>Documents physical counts of both manufactured and procured materials.</li>

Requirements:

<li>Demonstrated ability to operate PIT forklift in pedestrian congested areas and close quarters racking.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Must be able to sustain walking and or standing in the warehouse for the duration of each shift.</li>
<li>Must have motor skills commensurate with the essential functions of the job.</li>
<li>Must be certified to operate forklift/reach truck at current or previous company.</li>
<li>Strong computer skills including demonstrated experience with Microsoft office and inventory control systems.</li>
<li>Must be able to work in a safe manner with serious regarding for quality of the materials being handled.</li>
<li>Must be able to work efficient in a face paced, multi-tasking environment, while keeping correct data.</li>
<li>Must have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse environment.</li>
<li>Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience with an inventory control system (Data Entry/Material Transfer)</li>
<li>Cycle Counting Experience preferred.</li>
<li>Must be able to work weekend shifts as assigned.</li>
