The Maintenance Manager ensures plant safety and environmental compliance. Directs Maintenance personnel with safe and reliable maintenance practice. Primary Duties/Responsibilities: <ul><li>Ensures the safe and quality maintenance of the plant equipment, buildings, and grounds in accordance with established Maintenance Procedures. </li><li>Takes necessary corrective action in accordance with established procedures and industry best practices and at the direction of the Plant Manager. Basic Purpose:
Safely use a powered industrial forklift truck (sit or stand) to load and unload trucks trailers; to move raw materials from and finish inventory to proper locations; and to move waste materials to proper location for disposal. 
Responsibilities:
The material handler /forklift drivers will relocate palletized loads of materials from the warehouse or from storage trailers to the production areas or to replenish inventory stockpiles. They could remove items from key location on the plant floor and place them in assigned locations. In addition to being key team members in maintaining FIFO stock rotation, they are critical to the operations ability to maintain a successful pest control program. The careless operation of powered industrial forklift trucks, hydraulic pallet jacks, and electric assist pallet movers can be devastating to other employees, fixed equipment, walls, doorways, and pest control devices. The forklift driver will maintain those records and documents required to assure the safety requirements of equipment operation as well as documents concerning inventory control, and shipping /receiving records.&nbsp; Must follow all GMP requirements as they pertain to safety, quality, and food safety.

The Utility Operator assists with transporting full skids of finished product to the skid wrapper for final wrapping.

The packer wraps or unwraps the product into a final, customer-ready container or a work-in-process container for further processing as required. Retail containers usually get packed into a case of specific count following the initial wrapping stage.

Job Description Position Purpose: Under the direction of Project Leader and the Deputy Leader work performed includes all correct maintenance at the plant and the stations. It also includes the day-to-day operations, and laboratory for the Rockland Wastewater Treatment facility. Work also includes maintaining the 13 pump stations and assisting the town in the collection system. Primary Duties/Responsibilities: <ul><li>• In charge of the maintenance program: Enters data and closes data.</li><li>Performs preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment according to vendor specifications. This includes but is not limited to lubrication, adjustments, oil changes, pump repair.</li><li>Inspects and troubleshoots equipment using tools of the trade.</li><li>Installs new or replacement mechanical systems and equipment. Prepares labor and material estimates to present to the project leader.</li><li>Performs mechanically related activities specified by work order like vibration analysis and nondestructive testing.</li><li>Welds, brazes, and solders using gas and electric equipment common to the trade.</li><li>Keeps track of the maintenance inventory and reports monthly that inventory to the project leader.</li><li>Prints out monthly maintenance reports to the project leader.</li><li>Operates and maintains project vehicles.</li><li>Maintaining safe and reliable operations of the wastewater treatment facilities and the pump stations ensuring operational compliance with state and federal regulations.</li><li>Share duties with other co-workers to complete the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and lab.</li><li>Operates equipment either through SCADA or by manual control.</li><li>Monitors and observes operating conditions. Basic Purpose
Operates, troubleshoots, and maintains fryer, seasoning, and raw pellet blending equipment, assuring that preset standards for product safety &amp; quality and machine productivity are attained on a continuous basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>The Processing Operator (PO) works under the direction of the production supervisor and consults the production schedule to determine the item scheduled to run.</li>
<li>The PO selects the correct formula of processing parameters’ and sets the machine controls as necessary.</li>
<li>PO will make the necessary installations, and adjustments, and fine-tunes the equipment to comply with the current specifications for pellet quality.</li>
<li>The PO continuously monitors the equipment in the process area and adjusts as necessary and as determined by supervision, quality control, and management.</li>
<li>The PO must be able to make independent judgments relative to machine function, use common tools as needed, and communicate effectively with Quality and maintenance personnel.</li>
<li>Must follow all GMP requirements as they pertain to safety, quality, and food safety</li>
<li>Ensure Assigned documentation is completed accurately and timely</li>
<li>The PMO must understand HACCP and Food Safety principles and verify compliance to all Critical Control points and Preventative Quality Checkpoints to ensure a safe quality product is produced consistently.</li>
