Basic Purpose:
Safely use a powered industrial forklift truck (sit or stand) to load and unload trucks trailers; to move raw materials from and finish inventory to proper locations; and to move waste materials to proper location for disposal. 
Responsibilities:
The material handler /forklift drivers will relocate palletized loads of materials from the warehouse or from storage trailers to the production areas or to replenish inventory stockpiles. They could remove items from key location on the plant floor and place them in assigned locations. In addition to being key team members in maintaining FIFO stock rotation, they are critical to the operations ability to maintain a successful pest control program. The careless operation of powered industrial forklift trucks, hydraulic pallet jacks, and electric assist pallet movers can be devastating to other employees, fixed equipment, walls, doorways, and pest control devices. The forklift driver will maintain those records and documents required to assure the safety requirements of equipment operation as well as documents concerning inventory control, and shipping /receiving records.&nbsp; Must follow all GMP requirements as they pertain to safety, quality, and food safety.
Task description:

Overview/Purpose:
The packer wraps or unwraps the product into a final, customer-ready container or a work-in-process container for further processing as required. Retail containers usually get packed into a case of specific count following the initial wrapping stage.
To assure that finished packaged goods are inserted into proper cartons/containers.
Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest safety, food safety and quality, cost, and GMP standards in a high-speed manufacturing environment.&nbsp;
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Sets up boxes and or bags or containers in preparation for the placement of unwrapped finished products or unwrapped bulk material for further processing.</li>

The Utility Operator assists with transporting full skids of finished product to the skid wrapper for final wrapping.

Basic Purpose
Operates, troubleshoots, and maintains fryer, seasoning, and raw pellet blending equipment, assuring that preset standards for product safety &amp; quality and machine productivity are attained on a continuous basis.

<li>Assure that packaging machine is at proper settings and speeds and document   &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assure that product weigh scales are in proper order and document   &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assure proper code dates are on the package and document  &nbsp;</li>
<li>Make mechanical adjustments to the machine to obtain proper parameters  &nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct various quality control checks per instruction and document   &nbsp;</li>
<li>Identify and isolate out of specification finished goods  &nbsp;</li>
<li>Write work orders for broken or unacceptable conditions  &nbsp;</li>
<li>Keep work area neat and clean and perform preliminary clean-up of equipment at shutdown  &nbsp;</li>
<li>Supervise packers and help to assign their duties  &nbsp;</li>
<li>Train packers on packing policies, specifications, and procedures  &nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow GMP's, Food Safety Policies, and Procedure&nbsp;</li>
