The position entails managing all aspects of balancing inventory as well as office administration in a marine gasoline terminal.&nbsp;Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Inventory balancing, verifying, and reporting to all departments and customers (tax dept, schedulers, accounting, and all outside shippers)</li><li>Coordinating products with customer setup and customer care for accounts at the terminal</li><li>Updating and filing trailer inspections for supporting detail needed for Air Permit</li><li>Assisting in state terminal air inspections</li><li>Viewing, verifying, and running VRU Emissions reports for the rack documentation for the State/EPA Air regulations</li><li>Designating and verifying completion of the monthly terminal inspections.
