The Palletizer controls the movement of filled customer orders in the warehouse to a designated staging location on the loading dock. The ideal candidate will be pallet jack-certified or able to become certified. They may also be asked to become forklift-certified. They will be able to retrieve merchandise from shelves that are 6 feet high, lift and carry totes that may weigh up to 60 pounds, and maneuver in confined spaces of 4 feet or less. Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour. </li><li>Schedule: Monday through Friday</li><li>Start time: 6:00 am</li><li>Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.</li><li>Earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days.</li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.</li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! </li></ul> What you'll do as a Warehouse Palletizer: <ul><li>Read load and stop numbers on each tote/case and place all the totes/cases for each stop number on one pallet.</li><li>Count totes/cases for each stop, verify correct load numbers, and record number of totes for each stop.</li><li>Transfer pallets to the loading dock at the correct door for loading.</li><li>Ensure that orders are kept in stop/batch sequence and placed onto the conveyor by load number.</li><li>Participate in cleanup activities such as facing and downstacking product, mopping, sweeping, and dusting.</li><li>Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate: <ul><li>At least 18 years of age.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED preferred. </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Pay rate: $20.50-$23.50 per hour. </li><li>Schedule: Sunday-Thursday start time 10pm until complete</li><li>Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance. </li><li>Earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days. </li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. </li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! </li></ul> What you'll do as a Warehouse Receiver: <ul><li>Direct outside carriers and contract unloaders to sort and segregate product.</li><li>Follow and maintain product integrity as required by Silliker quality inspection standards.</li><li>Determine and document overages, shorts, damages, expiration dates, product temperature, trailer condition, and other features of the delivery.</li><li>Print pallet labels, enter purchase orders into computer, and assign doors.</li><li>Cover for the Receiving Clerk as needed.</li><li>Additional duties or special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor's discretion.</li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate: <ul><li>At least 18 years of age. </li><li>Able to perform accurate visual inspections and repeatedly lift to 75 pounds or more. </li><li>At least 1 year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift is preferred, but not required. </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
