While these analyses are critical, they are time-consuming and often require deep bioinformatics and computational biology background making them less accessible to broader scientists.To improve the speed and democratize analyses and data, we are looking for a highly motivated graduate or undergraduate student to join us on a 10-week summer internship program to build an AI agent and/or workflow to automate routine and/or novel bioinformatics analyses to support oncology drug discovery and development (herein called RWD AI Agent). The RWD AI Agent will be able to interact with human scientists via natural language, make decision on what tools/analyses and datasets to use, execute these analyses and return results in natural language together with appropriate data/visualization.
