Fidelity Enterprise Infrastructure is currently hiring a Data Center Technician III for the Data Center and Colocation Operations team The Expertise We are Looking For <ul> <li>High School Diploma/2 Years of College or equivalent experience </li><li>4+ years data center support </li></ul> The Purpose of Your Role Main focus will be on delivering implementation and support services for a range of platforms like telephony, network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/SAN), server hardware, and storage devices. As a member of the Data Center Operations Team the successful applicant will be involved in activities including the installation, support, and decommissioning activities related to above mentioned platforms. They will have the capability to cable, label, and test server &amp; network connectivity (fiber and copper) to the devices, as well as diagnose and correct issues related to the supported platforms is essential. Additional responsibilities include critical space management, asset management/inventory control and strict alignment to change and incident management policies. This role will include 4-10-hour days over a weekend while working a 2nd or 3rd shift schedule. The FFIO Fund of Funds Development Team provides core application design, development, and support services for the Fund of Funds product. The Fund of Funds product area supports applications for Portfolio Managers and Institutional Clients to maintain fund relationships, allocation rules, and rebalance targets for underlying funds. These decisions are based on holdings value, market value, pricing, accounting, shareholder activity, and portfolio manager instructions.
