Job Summary

This role ensures consistent, high-quality service in areas such as course creation, user provisioning, publisher integrations, and proctoring tools. The individual will maintain and update standard operating procedures, deliver training resources, and support data collection and analysis to measure impact. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory standards, contributing to performance improvements, and collaborating with team members to advance the strategic goals and core values of the DLC.
