ResponsibilitiesThis off-shift CMM Programmer will be in our Whitehall Casting Operation with primary responsibilities to include, but are not limited to,&nbsp;<ul> <li>Write programs for Periodic and First Article Inspections.</li> <li>Perform multi-piece part and die inspections using DCC Coordinate Measuring Machines and Vision Systems.</li> <li>Perform general troubleshooting of CMM machine issues in a manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Assist in training manufacturing CMM operators.</li></ul>QualificationsBASIC REQUIREMENTS:<ul> <li>High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.</li> <li>Minimum of three years general dimensional inspection experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in general dimensional inspection including GD&amp;T and have experience programming PCDMIS or Calypso.</li> <li>Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Howmet Aerospace, Engines currently seeks a Data Analyst to join our team in Whitehall, Michigan! &nbsp;As a Data Analyst at the Howmet Research Center (HRC), you will join a team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers.&nbsp;This team is part of a high-performance multidisciplinary R&amp;D team aiming to advance the state-of-the-art in aerospace manufacturing at our casting, alloy, core and rings facilities.&nbsp;As a Data Analyst, you will be expected to leverage your mastery of data analytic tools to build tools and perform exploratory data analysis to drive improvements in our production plants. Primary Responsibilities: <ul><li>Design, program, and maintain Power BI dashboards for production use in engineering, manufacturing, finance, and machine learning monitoring <ul><li>Utilize DAX to create custom and dynamic measures&nbsp;</li><li>Create clear and flexible visualizations</li><li>Clean and prepare data using SQL and M-Code</li><li>Work with internal customers to continuously improve dashboard quality and effectiveness</li></ul></li><li>Own the Power BI workspaces for the Howmet Research Center <ul><li>Assist in vetting and publishing reports</li><li>Maintain workspace quality and security, and assist in improving report refresh rates</li><li>Collaborate with corporate and local Power BI resources to drive best practices</li></ul></li><li>Design and build applications in Power Automate and Power Apps for production use</li><li>Perform exploratory data analysis <ul><li>Analyze diverse data streams and factors to deliver actionable insights</li><li>Assist in developing data quality monitoring systems</li><li>Apply statistical testing to identify trends in data</li></ul></li></ul> Basic Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution is required</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience using Power BI that demonstrated applications of value-add</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience with Python for data analysis, especially pandas and common visualization packages like Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly</li><li>Ability to work in a self-directed and cross-functional team environment.</li><li>Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
