Test and implement new updates as modifications to the systems arise.&nbsp; Perform system management of third-party payment systems tables.&nbsp;
20% Prepare daily deposits. Review cash reports and the data entry of cash receipts in the check register daily. Assure timely and accurate processing of all funds receipted. Review daily bank reports and list payments in the check register, code data entry and research account numbers.
10% Assist with posting and supervise the audit and reconciliation of dual enrollment Lottery grant funds, to include fee calculation, eligibility and drawdown of funds. Oversight of local scholarship funds to ensure posted accurately to student accounts, adjustments, returns to scholarship organization, payment to bookstore, reconciliation and maintenance of records. Responsible for coordinating and posting payments for state, federal and community partnership programs, including the Knoxville and Oak Ridge Electrical Partnership program. Ensure third party letters of guarantee are posted to student accounts accurately, timely and in compliance with program requirements. Monitor billing and payment to ensure funds have been received. Coordinate with Admissions, Records and academic departments as needed to identify and resolve any questions.
10% Manage the processes for accepting credit card and check payments and processing direct deposit student refunds through the Touchnet payment system. Submit, review, and reconcile reports in web registration system. Identify and resolve all discrepancies. Record transactions in the college check register.&nbsp; Prepare documentation; code and submit data entry for Banner Finance.
10% Responsible for Marketplace portal maintenance and setup of events, developing and customizing store fronts based on college staff needs. Coding and reconciling payments received through Marketplace and ensuring feeds to Banner.
5% Assist with review of student accounts for expunge processing utilizing knowledge and understanding of student accounts including student aid programs, account charges and payments of all types.
5% Process all student credit card refunds, including calculation of refund amounts, and enter data both into Banner and into the Touchnet Cashiering System. Identify and resolve all inaccuracies.
5% Coordinate the intake and review of student refund appeals, including communicating with students regarding needed documents and outcome of appeals.

Job Summary: This is a grant-funded position that will manage and implement the relational advising efforts at the Hardin Valley and Blount County campuses of Pellissippi State. The position will supervise peer mentors who will provide supplemental support to specific student groups such as students aged 23 and over, and re-admit students. The position will also provide advising support for a caseload of general degree students at Blount and Hardin Valley.

30% Maintain a caseload of students for advising purposes in General degree majors
20% Serve as a resource person for faculty and staff as needed; clarify student issues and work with students, other advisors, administrators, faculty, academic deans, Financial Aid, Admissions, Records and the site campus deans to reduce barriers to student success and completion for the identified student groups.
15% Hire and supervise peer advisors to work with the student groups involved in the relational advising model.
10% Develop reports and maintain data associated with the required outcomes for the relational advising model.
10% Assist with training and updates on resources for advising all students.
10% Serve on college wide committees and taskforces as requested by the Director.
5% Contribute to the overall mission of the advising office by interacting with the student and academic affairs offices. Other duties as assigned.

Maintain Daily Crime Log as per Department of Education guidelines and track campus crime statistics for Annual Security Report. Work Hours: &nbsp;Plumbing courses will be offered in the evening in an industry setting.
Position Summary:&nbsp;Pellissippi State Community College is seeking qualified contract instructor (s) to teach commercial/industrial plumbing training classes for its Workforce and Community Development Department. We are specifically seeking an instructor for evening classes to be taught on an ongoing basis in partnership with a local industry.
Instructors work on a part-time, temporary contract to provide educational instruction for a specific class or workforce training. Instructors are expected to be subject matter experts on their topic, will be responsible for delivery of instruction, and may be responsible for developing instructional materials.&nbsp;
Current and retired industry leaders and past military personnel with technical training and the ability to teach are strongly encouraged to apply

Duties and&nbsp;Responsibilities:
75% &nbsp;Delivery of educational instruction
25% Curriculum development (Utilize Plumbing Curriculum)
Note:&nbsp;The College&nbsp;reserves the right to change or reassign job duties or combine positions at any time.
Required&nbsp;Qualifications: &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Valid Limited Licensed Plumber (LLP) or current Tennessee-issued journeyman/master plumber license.</li>
<li>Knowledge of instructional safety practices in a lab or shop environment.</li>
<li>Minimum three (3) years of full-time, verifiable plumbing experience.</li>
<li>Postsecondary certificate/diploma in plumbing or related field preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with NCCER curriculum and/or Tennessee Residential/Commercial Plumbing Code.</li>
</ul>
Years of Experience: 3 years
Skills and Abilities: Minimum three years of experience as a plumber in a commercial or industrial setting is required.
