Director, Artificial Intelligence and Impact Science

<h4><b>Summary of Position</b></h4><p>Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Director, Finance. This person is responsible for overall monitoring of quarter closes to ensure timely SEC report filing and successful review/audit by our outside auditor. Position has direct reports.</p><p>This person is also a key leader on finance and accounting projects for senior management. These projects may include M&amp;A activities, due diligence and integration activities, capital and debt offerings, finance and accounting process improvement projects, financial system development and implementation. <br><strong>Department: </strong>Awards Productions and Events<br><strong>Reports to: </strong>Chief Oscars Officer<br><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time/Exempt<br><strong>Location: </strong>8949 Wilshire and Museum<br><strong>Compensation: </strong>$105,000.00 – $115,000.00<br><br><strong>Summary/Objective:</strong><br>The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences seeks a dynamic and experienced Director, Talent Relations to lead talent engagement and management across high-profile programs and events for the Academy, Academy Foundation, Academy Museum, and the Oscars®. This role is responsible for cultivating and maintaining professional relationships with filmmakers, artists, including Academy members and industry leaders, to ensure their participation enhances the mission-driven work of the Academy.<br><br>The Director will collaborate across departments with internal teams and external partners to secure talent for film programs, public events, and educational initiatives, including support for the Oscars®.
