Review College leases, in coordination with IT, Facilities Operations, and other College departments, to ensure appropriate accounting, reporting, and disclosure, and related lease financing consideration for annual financial disclosure (MSRB/EMMA).</li><li>Support the compliance for various debt financing instruments, which may include preparing covenant analysis, assisting with the preparation of Management Discussion &amp; Analysis (MD&amp;A), and reviewing and updating College Policy and Procedures.</li></ul>​Fixed Assets Management <ul><li>Lead accounting and reporting for fixed assets, including construction in progress and leases. Monitoring and continuous implementation of accounting standards and authoritative literature and impact on College processes, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Coordinate periodic physical inventory of fixed assets.
